This aromatherapy pillow can be microwaved slightly for warming relaxation at bedtime when placed over the eyes. It can also be placed on whatever body part (ie. shoulder, forehead, back, etc.) needs attention. It's soothing for headaches, helps to alleviate sinuses when they are clogged and can also be used during the beginning and close of your yoga sessions!

It is recommended to microwave your pillow for 30-45 seconds (or freeze for 1-2 hours for cold therapy on achy parts of your body).

Pillow case is removable for washing, please hand-wash as this item is handmade and is delicate.
