Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our business and types of products we sell, all sales are final at A Loyal Society, with the exception that you or your gift recipient has received a damaged item. To receive a full refund or a replacement product, contact support@aloyalsociety.com within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. We will issue a full refund or ship your replacement product within 3-5 business days of your refund or replacement request.
How do I know if I am eligible for a refund?

In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to handling during shipping or inclement weather, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no charge once you have contacted us at support@aloyalsociety.com.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment. We will take care of you or your gift recipient by offering you a replacement product or a full refund. Please email support@aloyalsociety.com and we will get new product shipped out to you within 3-5 business days.
What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
We take great pride in each customer having a great experience with A Loyal Society and we want to get you your products as soon as possible. Please email support@aloyalsociety.com with your order number and an image of your order and we will ship you or your gift recipient any missing items within 3-5 business days.

Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been packed and sent out for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at support@aloyalsociety.com within 24 hours of placing your order to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
What is your shipping time?
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders generally ship within three business days of purchase. If more time is needed due to shipping delays or weather concerns, our customers will be notified within two (2) business days.
