Shipping Policy
What is your current processing time?
Our estimated order processing time is 1-2 business days for all non-custom, non pre-order products. We ship orders that are not custom orders or preorders within 3 business days.
Our shipping speed depends on our current processing time + shipping speed you've selected at checkout. Please contact us at support@aloyalsociety.com with any questions regarding shipping or your order status.
Example, if you’ve selected two day shipping, that is transit time, not processing time. Our processing time includes hand-packing your order and handwriting your gift message in a greeting card. We take great pride and care in the preparation of each order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We ship orders Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time and on Saturdays from 10am-12pm Eastern Standard Time. During high volume seasonal timeframes (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing time can take up to 4 business days.
Please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the items in the package or the date that it will be delivered.
All of our estimated shipping timeframes and notes on our site and via email are for the mainland United States. All island and international shipping options and pricing will come up in checkout when you put in your shipping address and they will vary depending on location. How do I track my package?
We ship orders via UPS. You may track your package at the UPS website
and enter the tracking number that you received from us via email.
I need to change my order's shipping address, and it hasn't shipped yet.
For shipping address changes, please email us at support@aloyalsociety with your name and order number immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will accommodate you the best that we can. We want to make sure that your package is being sent to the right recipient in a timely manner.
I need to change my order's shipping address, and it has already shipped.
Please email us at support@aloyalsociety with your name and order number immediately. We will work with UPS to re-route in that instance, but please note that if there a fee issued by UPS for the re-route, you will be asked to pay the re-route fee (up to $30.00) with an invoice that we will send you via email. From there, we will then work with UPS to re-route. We also cannot make a guarantee that the order will be received in the usual timeframes that we have noted above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries for non-custom orders. Please note that shipping prices and the shipping timeframe, including date of arrival will vary greatly depending on location. We do not ship to countries that are restricted by UPS, noted here .
Will my gift be sent including a receipt with the price showing?
As a gift company, we do not including pricing in any of our shipments. We include a packaging slip that includes that product name, with no pricing noted. No need to worry!
My package shows as “delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we always recommend that you check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage. Please confirm that the shipping address provided is a correct and valid address. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us at support@aloyalsociety.com for further assistance with your name and order number.
We may be able to file a claim with UPS, but please note that the claims process can take 1-4 weeks to complete.
Someone sent me a gift from your company, but I don’t know who it’s from. How can I find out?
Please make sure that you have checked all of the packaging that you received the gift in for a greeting card. If your sender chose not to include a card, you should still see a packing slip with the sender's name. If you still don't see who the gift is from, please email us at support@aloyalsociety with your first and last name so that we can help you.
