How do I know if I am eligible for a refund?
A Loyal Society does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unopened, damaged, or defective within 14 Days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or inclement weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.
For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened or unused.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Let us know, so that we can take care of it! You can email support@aloyalsociety.com an image of your product and we will get new product shipped out to you!
What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Oh no! We take great pride in each customer having a great experience with A Loyal Society and we want to get you your products as soon as possible. Please email support@aloyalsociety.com with your order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out!

Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been packed and sent out for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at support@aloyalsociety.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
What is your shipping time?
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders generally ship within three to five days of purchase. If more time is needed due to shipping delays or weather concerns, our customers will be notified within two (2) business days. Customers will be responsible for all merchandise shipping and handling costs.
